Dave Pankenier
Building Baseball Careers, LLC
Dave has 11 years of experience as a high school coach and is a two-time
winner of the Coach of the Year Award in northern New Jersey. He has been an
associate baseball scout for the past several years, with experience as a
scout team coach. Over the past 5 years, Dave has worked with young athletes
valley-wide and assisted with placing over 100 students in collegiate level
programs across the nation. In addition to his scouting responsibilities,
Dave is also an assistant coach and head recruiting coordinator for the
Chandler-Gilbert Community College Coyotes men's baseball team.
Jeff
Pankenier
Coach

Jeff began his collegiate baseball career as a 4-year player at Nebraska
Wesleyan University, where he went on to become a Graduate Assistant Coach.
For the last 12 years, Jeff has been the Head Baseball Coach at North High
School. He is also a 7-year regional representative of the Metro Conference,
and a member of both the Arizona and American Baseball Coaches Association.
Pablo
Ruiz, P.T.
“Best of the West” – Athletic Performance Training
Pablo, who has practiced physical therapy since 1982, owns and operates
White Tanks Physical Therapy & Orthopedic Rehab, LTD in Goodyear, AZ. With
the creation of “Best of the West,” Pablo focuses on physical conditioning
and sports related exercise training for young adults. His philosophy is to
help young athletes excel physically, but never at the expense of abusing
their bodies. Pablo’s continuing education with young athletes focuses on
physical goals as well as muscle recovery.
Ron
Romo
Coach

Ron has coached baseball and softball for the last 30 years in the Phoenix
area. He has been Head or Assistant Coach on numerous competitive teams, and
has led two local softball teams to regional and national championships. His
experience spans various age groups, including Little League, Babe Ruth,
Sandy Koufax, and Connie Mack. For the last 2 years, Ron has been the
Varsity Assistant Coach at North High School in Phoenix. Throughout his
career, Ron has seen many of his players reach the collegiate level and
beyond.
Randy
Ford
Coach
Randy has coached various levels of baseball, from Little League to high
school, for over 18 years. From 1990-1995, he served as Commissioner of his
local league with over 600 participants. During this time, the league hosted
numerous high school and collegiate games, as well as 2 Southwest Regional
Babe Ruth Tournaments. Currently, Randy is the Assistant Coach at Millennium
High School.
